Christina moved to Brevard County as a child with her parents and graduated from Melbourne High School. She became a state certified police officer in 2013 and worked with the department in Indian Harbor and Melbourne Airport.

She also has a construction background, traveling throughout Brevard and Martin counties working on residential new construction including repairs on pre-existing homes. She also has a background in pest control and is certified to treat subterranean termites.

After receiving her real estate license in 2018, she’s been with AHR Real Estate and began exclusively working with property management in January 2019.

After retiring from her job as a teacher of children with special needs in Pennsylvania, South Carolina and Florida, Debra joined her husband, Jim, as a full time Realtor with AHR Real Estate. Her years of experience working to help others has facilitated her seamless transition into helping investors, first time home buyers, and sellers find properties that match their needs and dreams. Her attention to detail, knowledge of the real estate market and knowing what makes a house a home, Debra finds the right person for the right house.
